Spread Platform is operated by ELVALI Ltd (“we”). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Account details (name, email, company), the broker and symbol configuration you enter, market-data spreads recorded by the service, and standard technical/usage logs. Broker credentials are encrypted at rest.
To provide and secure the Service, to communicate with you (including access requests and password resets), and to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
We use a transactional email provider to send account-related messages such as password resets and access-request confirmations.
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymise it in line with our retention settings and legal obligations.
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, strict per-company isolation, access controls, audit logging and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact ELVALI Ltd to exercise them.
