These Terms govern your access to and use of Spread Platform (the “Service”), operated by ELVALI Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Spread Platform is market-data monitoring software. It reads bid/ask quotes and computes and records spreads. It does not place orders, execute trades, or provide financial, investment or trading advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant ELVALI Ltd the rights necessary to operate the Service. Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Market-data indicators (including any “arbitrage” signals) are informational only and ignore execution, latency, slippage and costs.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELVALI Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading decisions made using the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
